Information you choose to send
When you contact us through X, email, a service form or another agreed channel, you may provide your name, social handle, business information, service requirements and other details needed to understand the request.
A practical explanation of what information may be involved when you browse MaxImpress, contact us, or use one of our digital-growth services.
MaxImpress provides digital-presence, social-media growth/management, website-development and business-research services. This policy describes the current static website and the normal information flows connected to those services. We do not claim to operate website systems that are not present, such as public user accounts, WordPress comments or a website payment checkout.
When you contact us through X, email, a service form or another agreed channel, you may provide your name, social handle, business information, service requirements and other details needed to understand the request.
If a service requires access to a social account, we prefer official delegation, business-access or role-based methods where the platform supports them. The client should retain ownership of core credentials.
Website work can involve brand assets, copy, domain/hosting details, images and other materials supplied by the client. Domain and hosting ownership should remain with the client unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed.
Custom Social Intelligence is intended to use public, official or openly accessible information for business research and lead organization. It is not presented as private-data acquisition.
Client reviews or result images should only be published when they are genuinely provided or otherwise authorized for use. Sensitive or confidential client information should not be published without permission.
The supplied site is static and does not include its own account database or custom analytics tracker. Hosting providers, browsers, fonts and linked third-party services may process technical data under their own policies.
The website, digital-identity and Custom Social Intelligence intake pages collect only the project details you choose to enter. The current static website does not save those answers to a MaxImpress server database. When you press the final request button, your browser generates a text report locally, offers it as a download, copies it to your clipboard where supported, and opens the official MaxImpress X direct-message and Gmail compose destinations with the request prepared. X and Gmail remain third-party services, and the message is not actually sent until you review it and press Send on the relevant platform.
Do not place passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive information in these project forms.
Some actions can open third-party services such as X, Gmail/Google services, Meta products or other external tools used in a client workflow. Information entered on those services is governed by the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices. MaxImpress does not control how a third-party platform changes its policies, features, recommendation systems or eligibility rules.
MaxImpress can provide strategy, content support, account management, research and implementation within an agreed scope. Reach, follower behavior, monetization approval, payouts, rankings, conversions and other outcomes can be affected by third-party platform decisions, market conditions and audience behavior. Service descriptions and examples are therefore informational, not promises of a specific result.
Do not send passwords, financial credentials or unrelated sensitive information through ordinary messages.
Use platform-supported access that can be reviewed or revoked rather than unnecessarily transferring account ownership.
Information is shared with third-party providers only when needed for the chosen workflow or when the client uses those services directly.
If MaxImpress later adds analytics, a CRM, server-side forms, payment processing, ad pixels or other data systems, this policy should be updated to reflect those changes.
You can contact MaxImpress through the official contact options listed on the Contact Us page if you have a privacy question, want information corrected, or want to discuss the information involved in a service workflow.
